पैनल अधिवक्ता सतीश कुमार स्नेही ने बताया कि व्यवहार न्यायालय औरंगाबाद के परिवार न्यायालय में लम्बित मामले की संख्या शिघ्र ही 1500 होनेवाली है अभी कुल लम्बित मामले की संख्या 1409 है, अधिवक्ता ने बताया कि 03 जनवरी से फैमिली कोर्ट भेकेंट है उस समय तत्कालीन प्रधान न्यायाधीश कृष्ण कांत त्रिपाठी का तबादला जिला जज बांका हो गया था,03/01/23 को परिवार न्यायालय से सम्बंधित मामले की संख्या 1348 थी , परिवार न्यायालय अति व्यस्ततम न्यायालय है जहां हर माह दर्जनों वाद फाइल होते हैं विगत चार महीने से पटना हाईकोर्ट से नये प्रधान न्यायाधीश परिवार न्यायालय की नियुक्ति न होने से पक्षकारो में मायुसी है इसका प्रभाव 13 मई को राष्ट्रीय लोक अदालत में पारिवारिक मामलों के निष्पादन पर हो सकता है।
