औरंगाबाद से अधिवक्ता शतीश स्नेही का रिपोर्ट
जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार के सचिव प्रणव शंकर का माननीय उच्च न्यायालय द्वारा औरंगाबाद जिले में ही अपर जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश, तृतीय के पद पर स्थानान्तरण हो जाने के उपरान्त आज जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार के सचिव श्री प्रणव शंकर के प्रकोष्ठ में बिदाई समारोह का आयोजन किया गया। जिसमें जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार के सभी कर्मी सहित जिला विधि संघ के अध्यक्ष रसिक बिहारी सिंह, जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार के पैनल अधिवकता सहित अन्य लोगो द्वारा बिदाई दिया गया।
सर्वप्रथम जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार के कर्मीगण सुनील कुमार सिन्हा एवं अर्पणा सहाय, परशुराम कुमार सिंह, सुनील कुमार सिंह, संजय कुमार, नवरत्न कुमार, कुन्दन कुमार मनोज कुमार चैधरी द्वारा पुष्प गुच्छ तथा माल्यार्पण करते हुए सचिव प्रणव शंकर द्वारा सचिव के रूप में बिताये गये लगभग दो साल आठ माह के अपने कार्यकाल में सचिव के रूप में किये गये कार्य तथा सहयोग के लिए आभार जताया गया तथा सचिव के रूप में किये गये कई स्मरण्ीाय कार्यो को याद किया गया।
इस भावुक कर देने वाले पल में भी सचिव द्वारा कहा गया कि आप सभी का सचिव के रूप में कार्य करते हुए मुझे महत्वपूर्ण सहयोग मिला है । उनके द्वारा यह भी कहा गया कि मैं आशा करता हू कि अगले सचिव भी आप सभी को पूर्णय सहयोग करेंगें और यह जो कार्य करने का वातावरण बनाया गया है उसे जारी रखेंगें।
जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार के कर्मीगण द्वारा विदाई समारोह के उपरान्त जिला विधि संघ के नेतृत्व में जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार से जुड़े सभी पैनल अधिवक्ताओं द्वारा अलग से विदाई समारोह का आयोजन किया गया। जिसमें पैनल अधिवक्त नवीन कुमार सिंह, सतीश कुमार स्नेही, अभिनन्दन कुमार, सुजीत कुमार सिंह, स्नेहलता, मो0 निजामृद्दीन, संतोष कुमार, अंजनी कुमार सिंह, प्रदीप कुमार, चन्द्रकान्ता कुमार, निवेदिता कुमारी, प्रभावती राय, दिलीप सिंह, राणा सरोज कुमार सिंह, हरेन्द्र कुमार, राम दुलार मिश्रा, मुन्ना सहित अन्य लोगो ने पुष्प-गुच्छ एवं अंग वस्त्र तथा स्मृति चिन्ह् देकर उन्हें भावपूर्ण बिदाई दिया तथा अपने नये दायित्व हेतु शुभकामनाऐं एवं बधाई दिया। इस अवसर पर जिला विधि संघ के अध्यक्ष के अध्यक्ष श्री रसिक बिहारी सिंह उपस्थित थे। कार्यक्रम में श्री प्रणव शंकर के नेतृत्व में जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार के कार्यो को याद करते हुए कहा गया कि उनके नेतृत्व में कई ऐसे यादगार कार्य किये गये जो वर्षो तक आने वाले लोगो के लिए प्रेरणाश्रोत रहेंगें जिनमें हक हमारा भी तो हैं, आजादी के अमृत जैसे कई दीर्घावधि तक चलने वाले कार्यक्रम को हमेशा याद किया जायेगा। इसके अतिरिक्त शैक्षणिक संस्थानों एवं अन्य सामाजिक स्तरो पर उनके द्वारा किये गये कार्यो एवं राष्ट्रीय लोक अदालत की अभूतपूर्व उपलब्धि को हमेशा याद किया जायेगा। इस अवसर पर निवर्तमान सचिव प्रणव शंकर के द्वारा पैनल अधिवक्ताओं से कहा गया कि आपका सहयोग हमेशा अविष्मरणीय रहा है उम्मीद करता हू आगे भी आपका सहयोग जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार के प्रति उसी भाव एवं उत्साह से बना रहेगा।
