औरंगाबाद जिले के ओबरा थाना क्षेत्र अंतर्गत एक युवती को हत्या कर शव को बधार में फेंकने के मामले में पुलिस द्वारा उद्भेदन कर लिया गया है। ज्ञात हो कि थाना क्षेत्र के कुर्माइन गांव के बधार से एक युवती का शव बरामद किया गया था और इस मामले में ओबरा थाना कांड संख्या 246/23 भा०द०वी० दर्ज कर वैज्ञानिक एवं तकनीकी साक्ष्य के आधार पर अनुसंधानकर्ता प्रारंभ किया और आज पुरे मामले का उद्भेदन करते हुए दो आरोपितों को गिरफ्तार किया तथा हत्या में प्रयुक्त हथियार तथा जिंदा कारतूस एवं खोखा भी
बरामद कर लिया है। इस संबंध में औरंगाबाद पुलिस अधीक्षक कार्यालय से जारी प्रेस नोट में उल्लेख है कि बिरेंद्र कुमार पिता लाल बाबू चंद्रवंशी ग्राम काला थाना ओबरा जिला औरंगाबाद को गिरफ्तार किया गया। बिरेंद्र ने युवती को हत्या करने का बात स्वीकार कर लिया है तथा कहा है कि मृतक युवती से उसे पहले से ही बात चीत होता था। किसी और से बातचीत करने के लिए युवती को माना करता था लेकिन युवती नहीं मानती थी। इसी लिए युवती को बिरेंद्र ने शाम ढलने के बाद युवती को बधार में बुलाया और गोली मारकर हत्या कर दिया। बिरेंद्र के निशानदेही पर पुलिस ने उसके सहयोगी सुरेन्द्र को भी गिरफ्तार कर लिया है तथा हत्या में प्रयुक्त हथियार देशी कट्टा 2, 1 थ्री नॉट बंदूक , 1देशी बंदूक़,34कारतूस तथा 21खोखा और 2मोबाइल जप्त किया है। मामले में थाना कांड संख्या 256/23दिनांक 14/6/23 दर्ज किया गया है।
